When RiftGG crashes, a document .log with information about the crash should be generated. This file give us enough information to try to find a solution to your issue. To access to this file:

  • Access to C:\Users\Username\RiftGG ( To know how to access to this folder in a Mac, click here)
  • In this folder you will find the generated log with the date and hour when the tool crashed.


Send this file to support@rift.gg explaining the steps when the software crashed and they will give you an answer asap.
